This minor update implements a new new configuration key called

This does exactly what it says, for the purposes of exclusions, treat Trailers identical to Theatrical Trailers. This prevents HD-Trailer.Net Downloader from downloading both the Trailer and the Theatrical Trailer for a movie as many times these are close to identical.
