I've tried setting MinTrailerSize to 0 and -1, but still get the error. Do yahoo downloads not work?

It could be a change in behavior of Yahoo trailers. HD-Trailers.Net first queries for the trailer size so it can resume downloads and check the size of an already existing file with what is available from the server. If the size comes back as - 1 the trailer is automatically skipped.
YouTube trailers actually behave that way and that is why I need to use a different approach.
Will look into this when I get home this weekend

It appears that Yahoo changed their behavior. I made a change to handle the new behavior. Let me know if it fixes the problem for you and that the problem trailers are in fact downloaded.
